I elected not to renew it in March of 2023 when I sold over $450,000,000 worth of investment properties such as extended stay -hotels/motels / Apartment buildings and land development projects to THE SIGEL COMPANIES in Nevada, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and California. In 2004 and 2006, I was named top agent in greater LA for COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL NRT & Top agent for the Western region of US.

In the first 20 years of my career I specialized in Residential real estate , luxury and estate properties. The next 22 years , I specialized in investment properties and Commercial real estate.

I am a part owner of several apartment buildings that are professionally managed and I am updated with all LAHD rules AND Eviction laws.
